Refund policy

Sometimes a story doesn’t fit and that’s okay!

Returning an item is possible within 14 days after receiving your order.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

If you’d like to return something, please let us know before sending your parcel back. Once your return request has been approved, we’ll provide further instructions.
Please note: if we have not been notified beforehand, your return cannot be processed and the purchase amount will not be refunded.

You can request a return by filling out the contact form or by emailing us at theseasonofvintage@gmail.com.
We’ll reply within two working days with the next steps.

After we’ve received your return, the item will be carefully checked.
Once approved, we’ll refund the purchase amount to the same account used to place the order.

Please note:
– Returns outside the 14-day window cannot be accepted.
– Items from the Outlet section are non-returnable.
– Garments that are damaged due to improper washing or handling cannot be refunded. The Season of Vintage is not responsible for damage caused by washing or care errors.
